We at Wechsler Feinfisch have reason to celebrate! Our tilapia was featured at this year's Fishing Industry Summit, on which more than 220 Industry representatives took part, named “Best Fish Product 2024”..

This prestigious award is confirmed as part of the “Seafood Star” industry award, that our cichlid is more than just a superstar – he is a real seafood star.

Our cichlid impresses with its fine aroma and firm bite. It also has excellent nutritional values: whole 20% Protein at only 2% Fett. But it's not just its health benefits that stand out. Our packaging consists of 99% recycled material and are produced in a climate-friendly way. In addition, our cichlids are ASC certified, which underlines our commitment to responsible aquaculture.

For gourmets, we also offer the tilapia in the “Siziliano” flavor. This variant seduces with fine herbs and brings a piece of Sicilian cuisine to your table.
