Then as now - fresh smoked fish straight from the oven

In the year 1960 we started as a small eel smokehouse in Cologne. At that time there were two traditional Altona ovens in our smokehouse. Our range at that time consisted of smoked ones, Whole eels and smoked eel pieces. You could buy our products directly at the factory, fresh from the smokehouse.

To date, our range has grown significantly. But you can still buy our specialties such as whole eels in our factory outlet, Buy pieces of eel and – of course – our other specialties from the smoker.

In addition to our salmon products, Shrimp and trout fillets, you can also get whole trout. We smoke them fresh every Tuesday morning. One 9.00 They end up in our refrigerated counter - if you get there early, can be lucky: Maybe the trout will still be warm then.

Because we only smoke our trout on Tuesday mornings, whole trout are only available from Tuesday to Friday.
