For our Stremel Natural Salmon we only use the best raw materials from the Atlantic. The salmon fillet is cut into even strips by hand and then refined using the hot smoking process in the smoker. By smoking with the skin on, the salmon fillet stays particularly juicy and doesn't become too dry. For example, enjoy it with pasta or how about pulled salmon on a burger?
