The Stremel salmon with herbs is first cut by hand from the entire salmon side and refined with a fine herb mixture. The strips are then hot smoked 80 – 100°C smoked. By smoking with the skin on, the salmon fillet remains particularly juicy and goes perfectly with salad or jacket potatoes.
