High up on the coast of Norway, in the freezing cold waters of the Atlantic, our salmon grows in species-appropriate aquaculture. It reaches our smokehouse in Erftstadt on short transport routes. Here it is refined with sea salt and then traditionally 10 bis 14 Cold smoked for hours over a beech wood fire. Our gentle, craftsmanship makes this “king of fish” into a unique delicacy.
