Our herb shrimp are refined with a fine herb and garlic marinade and then smoked in a stone oven over an open beech wood fire according to old family traditions. This gives them their incomparable taste.
Our insider tip: Cook tagliatelle according to package directions, put back into the pot and fold in our herb shrimp. Finally refine with a dash of olive oil and grated Parmesan and enjoy.
