In the rough Atlantic, far off the west coast of Ireland, the incomparable Irish organic salmon grows under the supervision of marine biologists.
We only use organic salmon certified by NATURLAND – according to recognized ecological guidelines, without the use of hormones, medication, Gen- or biotechnology.
The same high quality standards also apply to processing in our smokehouse, which is also subject to the guidelines and controls of Naturland. The fish is carefully filleted, salted by hand and 12 Hours traditionally refined over fine beech wood smoke.
